Staff and Breakfast, gas fire pit in back. One of the better continental breakfasts I had. Fresh fruit and enough selection of cereal, bagels, waffles, hard boiled eggs, etc. wish the had a low fat milk though.

The place was easy to find. Small room, but very clean. Good comfortable bed & pillows and white, clean bedding. Nice hot shower with wide shower head. Refrigerator worked once you turned the thermostat on. Air conditioner worked fine. Breakfast was simple - cereal, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee/tea etc.

Had a lovely stay at this roadside motel. Proprietor Joseph was very helpful. Rooms were perfectly adequate, clean, and comfortable. The grounds were lovely. It was wonderful listening to the brook outside as we slept. Still too chilly for the pool, but the location was beautiful. Wonderful breakfast.

When I first looked at the facility, I paused, because it looked like a "no-tell motel" and wondered if it would be clean. After hearing from the owner that he had taken it over only six months prior, I was very impressed at the strides taken to improve the image and purpose of the place. It's a great location for the ski areas nearby, and is probably lovely in the warm months as well. Very family friendly, pet friendly, and accommodating to whatever needs or requests a traveler might have. Fresh nutritious foods are provided for breakfast. Fantastic mattresses and pillows.

The room was very comfortable, lovely sound of a waterfall outside. It was not on a busy highway. The breakfast had multiple options, fruit bagels toast, yogurt and was a bright cheery breakfast room.

Room was cute, bed comfortable, nice breakfast and breakfast area, 15 minutes from Jiminy Peak, 15 minutes from Williamstown. River behind property , the water running makes for a nice sound. They set up a firepit in the back. I did not use it but it was pretty. Basketball hoop in the back of property.

If youre reading this then youre looking for reasonable pet friendly accommodations in the Berkshires. My wife and I love our weekend jaunts and know what to look for when booking a room, and we couldnt have been happier. Originally booked for June, we had to postpone our stay due to a last minute scheduling conflict and chose instead to stay the week of our wedding, sort of a mini honeymoon. This was fortunate because the place fell under new management shortly before our stay. Manager Joe Gerardi is a very new broom and GREAT guy. We loved listening to his ideas for improvements. One morning we awoke to find that he had a fire ring installed out back. When he learned we were newlyweds he went out of his way to make our stay more like a honeymoon, even cooking us dinner one night (for realwine too.) Good cookturns out this aint his first rodeo. Between Joe and the other guests milling around at breakfast it was nice to be in such cheerful company and worth staying an extra night- hey, you only get married twice.

With a family hardship and tragedy, we were not able to go. We had non refundable rooms before at much classier places than this who were much more sympathetic Even a partial adjustment would have been appreciated..unkind not recommended
